After importing or manually inputting the hinge point coordinates of the platform and the relevant parameters of the electric cylinder through the BoxLab software, the program calculates the elongation of the electric cylinder and the value of the platform pose according to the built-in forward and inverse solution algorithms.

And the mutual conversion between them, and the generated data can also be saved as a csv format document that can be edited by excel software.

The hinge point parameters of the TecPlat 6DOF platform can be expressed in two ways:

Method 1 requires the following types of parameters:

(1) The three-dimensional coordinates of the 12 hinge points of the upper and lower platforms

(2) Electric cylinder stroke

(3) Initial length of electric cylinder

Method 2 requires the following types of parameters:

(1) The diameter of the hinge circle of the upper and lower platforms and the distribution angle (or spacing) of the hinge points

(2) Electric cylinder stroke

(3) Initial length of electric cylinder

To verify the usage of new project parameters, first run CS_FI.exe in the folder.

Generate data files from LocLab mechanical models

First enter the 36 coordinate values of the 12 hinge points of the upper and lower frames, as well as the platform height, the initial length of the electric cylinder and the extension of the electric cylinder, and then fill in the project name in the ProjectName text box,

For example, "second set of high precision", and then click Save to save it as a file, the generated file name is "config_second set of high precision.csv".

After entering the corresponding pose or the elongation value of the electric cylinder, click Inverse or Forward to perform inverse and forward solutions.

Load data file

Fill in the project name in the ProjectName text box, such as "Second set of high precision", and then click Load to load the corresponding data parameters.

Software features:

(1) Default "ProjectName" project name

(2) The configuration file that can be saved as the file name of config_xxx.csv, and the configuration file with the corresponding name is called
